Phase One: Initial Discussion
After receiving your initial inquiry we will begin with a site visit to assess your particular project. Whether you are looking for a unique solution to a challenge, a professional design, product information, or just want to know where to begin, we will provide the advice and guidance you are looking for.

Phase Two: Concept Design
After the initial discussions we will produce an existing layout as well as floor plan concepts for review. Review of this information includes space planning, possible materials for the project, and rough budget information. This meeting is generally done in our showroom so products can be seen and touched.

Phase Three: Quotation
Once the concept design is refined a complete set of drawings is produced. This includes a floor plan, elevations, and details as applicable. This is incorporated with a comprehensive quotation to complete your project. All steps involved in the project will be detailed in the quotation so you will know exactly what will be done.

Phase Four: Product Selections
When it comes to product selections the choice is yours. Whether you look to us for suggestions on products we would recommend or, if you prefer to do the research yourself, we can work with your particular style. We carry a full line of interior finish products and can supply everything needed for your project in one stop.

Phase Five: Construction
Once the work begins you can be assured that regular communication will take place until the project is complete. This will allow us both to be sure that the work being performed meets your expectations and that your questions are being answered. This will ultimately enable us to complete your project in the most timely and efficient manner.

About Our Warranty
With a one year warranty on all work that is performed, you will have peace of mind that if anything should need attention, once the project is complete, we will take care of it for you. In some cases our warranties are extended by that of a particular product manufacturer and can be as much as 25 years or even a lifetime.
